During the end of H1 2021, we – the former Norwegian subsidiary of CTGlobal – parted ways with the Danish parent company. Consequently, we are an independent entity from H2 2021 and have changed our business name to Spirhed AS (as in “Spear-head”). We look forward to continuing our work with CTGlobal Group, now acting as business partners.
In a significant development during the latter part of the first half of 2021, our team—previously operating under the banner of the Norwegian subsidiary of CTGlobal—embarked on a new journey. Following our amicable separation from the Danish parent company, we have transitioned into an independent organization from the second half of 2021 onwards. This pivotal change marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our history, and with it, we have adopted a new identity: Spirhed AS, a name that reflects our ambition and direction, reminiscent of a “Spear-head,” symbolizing leadership, innovation, and precision in our endeavors.
As Spirhed AS, our core mission and values remain steadfast. This transition allows us to further refine our focus, tailor our offerings more closely to our clients’ needs, and pursue new opportunities that align with our strategic vision.
While we chart this new course as an independent entity, our relationship with CTGlobal Group transitions to that of valued business partners.
