Starting as Eniotec, we joined forces with CTGlobal, gaining substantial expertise and a global perspective. This partnership transformed our operations and broadened our horizons. In 2021, our Norwegian CTGlobal branch transitioned to Spirhed, marking a new chapter of independence and specialized focus on the Nordic market while maintaining our global reach.

Our History
Founded
2012
We have come a long way since it all first began, starting our company Eniotec in 2012.
Joined Forces — Company Rebrand
2015
Coretech A/S (DK) acquired 50.2 % of Eniotec. Eniotec became a Coretech (DK) subsidiary and changed name to Coretech Norway.
Globalization — Company Rebrand
2017
Coretech (Group) was rebranded to CTGlobal.
One Group — One Company
2018
Independency — Company Rebrand
2021
GAAB Invest and Tenens acquired 100% of CTGlobal (NO) through the stock exchange with the parent company. As a result, CTGlobal (NO) became independent and changed its name to Spirhed.
We restructured the company, and we’re ready to go.
Re-launch
2022
Ten years after the founding, we’re relaunching as Spirhed.
