Jan-Tore will walk through a practical, end-to-end migration to Azure Local using Azure Migrate, with minimal downtime and no third-party licence costs for the tooling. You’ll see how to:
- Configure and prepare an Azure Migrate project correctly from the start
- Deploy and validate the Azure Migrate Appliance
- Enable sync, plan the cutover, and execute with minimal downtime
- Prove success with simple guardrails: rollback plan, KPIs, and runbook
- Operate Azure Local (Arc-enabled) using Azure Arc for unified governance, updates, security, and monitoring across on-prem and edge
All of it focused on modernising workloads and strengthening hybrid governance across IT and OT.
